These future leaders are fighting for their lives. The country is of no consequence, I say this because of their fight for their own sanity and the right to live...not just survive if they are from the lower class in any country. However, the affluent are demonstrating, if their is discord within the family it will present itself in the actions of the child drug abuse, sexual abuse, domestic abuse, etc.
Where do we go from here? As we watch homes and life styles displaced by floods, war and the violence of storms. Where does the child who just lost her family turn to when loneliness sets in and she is only 8 years of age? What about the 6 year old who is experiencing pain and the only solution his parents can choose is to medicate him, because on the outside, he is not exhibiting any physical reasons for his behavior. The immigrant child who was brought to America and because of his learning disability was placed into the Foster Care system. After the physical abuse of the various foster care parents he had encounter, he is now identifying himself as a woman; add he is classified as "illegal" in America because his initial parents never continued his citizenship papers...and he is 22yrs of age.
While we sit and hold our heads, we are loosing another generation to "hopelessness" and a life of "pain"---why?
